Refund policy
At Siyab Lawn Hub, we are committed to providing you with the finest fashion experience. We want you to love what you buy, but we understand that sometimes things might not work out. If something isn't right, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
We offer a 3-day return policy. This means you must request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your parcel. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
2. Eligibility for Return & Exchange
To qualify for a return or defect claim, the following conditions must be met:

Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with all original tags attached.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (Invoice/Order ID) is required.

⚠️ Mandatory Requirement: A Parcel Opening Video is strictly required to claim a return for a defective or missing product. This requirement is clearly mentioned on our courier bags. Without a continuous, unedited video of the parcel opening, we cannot accept damage claims.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return request, please contact our main customer care team:

Our team will guide you through the process. Please do not ship back your item before receiving confirmation, as unapproved returns will not be accepted.
4. Shipping Costs & Responsibility

Defective/Wrong Product: If the issue is on our end (e.g., you received a damaged product or the wrong item) AND you provide the proper parcel opening video, Siyab Lawn Hub will bear all shipping costs.

Change of Mind: If the reason for return is personal (e.g., you didn't like the style, color difference, or changed your mind), the customer must bear the full return and replacement shipping charges.
5. Return Addresses
Once your return is approved, you must send the parcel to the specific store/warehouse from which it was dispatched. Please confirm the correct address with our team before shipping
6. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we cannot accept returns on the following:

Sale or discounted items.

Gift cards.
-
Used, washed, or altered products.
-
Custom-made or made-to-order items.
7. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style:

Return the original product first (following the rules above).

Once approved, place a new order separately for the item you want.

In-Store Exchange: You may also visit our physical stores (Mumbai/Hyderabad) within the 3-day window to exchange your item in person, provided it meets all eligibility conditions.
8. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
