Do you sell original lawn suits or inspired pieces?
We sell inspired pieces based on original lawn suits. However, we maintain a very high quality standard and use fabrics like pure lawn, chiffon, and organza making our pieces close to the original in look and feel
Is there any color guarantee?
No, there is no color guarantee on any product, and even the top brands do not offer it. At Siyab Lawn Hub, even if the product costs ₹15,000, we do not offer a color guarantee. That said, complaints about color fading are extremely rare.
I haven't received a call after placing the order what should I do?
This usually doesn't happen, but during busy seasons like Ramzaan or offline store sales, delays may occur. In such cases, you can call or WhatsApp us at any of our store numbers listed below. Some of our female team members prefer chatting on WhatsApp over calls.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
No, Cash on Delivery is not available as a standard option. This policy helps us maintain order verification, quality checks, and secure processing before shipping. However, we do provide COD in limited areas that are nearby our store locations, depending on availability and delivery feasibility.
What if I receive a damaged product?
We take quality seriously. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must share an uncut parcel opening video. Without the video, we won't be able to process your complaint. If the defect is verified, you can return or exchange the product, and we will bear all shipping charges involved in the process.
